Salary: USD 200,000 - 225,000 / annual

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key technical leader responsible for designing and delivering the entire customer-facing application layer for EvolutionIQ's growing suite of AI solutions. You'll own the full lifecycle of feature development—from conception through production deployment—working closely with product leadership, data science teams, UX designers, and end users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining a complex multi-tenant enterprise SaaS application with backend REST services that feed machine learning models and business intelligence systems
- Designing and implementing enterprise-grade backend architectures supporting multi-tenant, multi-user scenarios
- Leading greenfield projects with high levels of ownership and autonomy
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, technology choices, and roadmap priorities
- Establishing engineering best practices, driving consistency across teams, and mentoring colleagues through code reviews and technical design documentation
- Translating business problems into scalable technical solutions, particularly those involving large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
You bring 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python development. You have a proven track record designing and launching backend systems, strong systems design and relational database skills, and experience with modern AI/agentic tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor, etc.) to enhance development velocity. You excel at rapid prototyping while maintaining production-grade stability, can write clear technical documentation, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. You're a self-starter who thrives on solving previously unsolved problems and collaborating in a fast-moving, ambitious environment.
Compensation includes a base salary of $200–225K (depending on background and experience), annual bonus, and RSU equity.
