Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced PLM Software Engineer to join the ArsenalOS team, a unified production systems platform serving as the digital backbone for manufacturing operations. ArsenalOS integrates PLM, MES, WMS, and supply chain systems to enable hardware production at software velocity.
In this role, you will architect and implement mission-critical Teamcenter customizations and integrations that enable engineering teams to design, manage, and deliver complex hardware products at scale. This is not a legacy maintenance role—you'll help build next-generation engineering infrastructure from the ground up, integrating CAD, ERP, MES, manufacturing, and engineering systems into scalable modern platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace)
- Building high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and other ArsenalOS systems
- Designing scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions
- Contributing to platform observability and reliability improvements
- Setting engineering excellence standards through opinionated technical decisions and architectural guidance
- Leveraging frontier AI tooling (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) for rapid development
- Collaborating cross-functionally with systems architecture, software product, change management, and manufacturing teams
Required qualifications: 5+ years software engineering experience in fast-paced environments; 3+ years hands-on Teamcenter development (ITK in C/C++, BMIDE, SOA, Active Workspace, architecture/database/administration); strong programming in Java, C++, C#; modern software practices (Git, CI/CD, testing, code review); proficiency with AI-assisted development tools.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, deeply technical engineer who thrives in greenfield environments, combines strong software foundations with Teamcenter expertise, and avoids legacy thinking. You should be comfortable with Teamcenter internals, APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, integration patterns, and data modeling.
