Salary: USD 170,000 - 230,000 / annual

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Platform/Backend team, you will own a large section of the codebase and lead technical direction for your team. You'll design and build API-based decisioning products that power SentiLink's core offerings, working across product, engineering, and security teams to ensure scalability, maintainability, and security. Your responsibilities include architecting solutions, writing production-quality code with comprehensive testing, partnering with product management on agile delivery, and participating in on-call rotations for production support. You'll work with a modern tech stack including Golang, Python, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Docker, and AWS services (Lambda, Cognito, etc.). The role requires 6+ years of software development experience building enterprise or consumer-facing products, with strong proficiency in API-based product development. You should have deep expertise with relational databases, Docker, AWS, and ideally fintech or financial services experience. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly are essential. You must be legally authorized to work in the US and based in the United States.
