As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions across frontend and backend systems. You'll contribute to both layers, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and reliability. Working closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams, you'll translate business requirements into effective technical solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing scalable full-stack applications; collaborating with product and design teams to implement business requirements; ensuring system reliability, security, and performance through thoughtful design and testing; writing clean, maintainable, efficient code following best practices; participating in code reviews to ensure quality and knowledge sharing; contributing to system architecture discussions and technical direction; mentoring junior engineers and fostering a learning culture; and troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems.
You bring 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with strong Java proficiency (NodeJS a plus). You have solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular and/or React), RESTful APIs, and microservices architectures. You're familiar with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), cloud environments, and deployment tools (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD). You demonstrate proven ability to write well-tested, maintainable, scalable code, with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
