The Orchestration Engine & Actions organization builds scalable, reliable, high-performance solutions that power critical operational workflows.
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions across frontend and backend systems. You'll work on features enabling seamless execution of operational use cases, ensuring efficiency, automation, and flexibility for customers. Your role bridges product, design, and engineering to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications with strong focus on reliability, security, and performance
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to implement business requirements
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient code following best practices and architectural guidelines
- Participate in code reviews and system architecture discussions to shape technical direction
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems to improve performance and user experience
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years professional experience developing and maintaining full-stack applications
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Understanding of cloud environments and deployment tools (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Proven ability to write well-tested, maintainable, scalable code
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills
Nice-to-have: modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React).
