You will join the Engineering team as a Senior Android Software Engineer, working on the mobile app—the primary interface for users to control, configure, and gain insights from their Pod. This role involves close collaboration with backend engineers, firmware teams, ML specialists, R&D, Growth, Hardware, and executive leadership (CEO, CPO, VPs).
Key responsibilities include shipping high-quality native Android features, conducting code reviews, ensuring code quality standards, and optimizing app performance. You will own substantial projects with direct impact on core product and business success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Required qualifications: 6+ years shipping high-quality native Android apps; fluent proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, MVVM/MVI patterns; experience building scalable, testable enterprise-grade applications; ability to work efficiently in rapid-paced environments while maintaining stability.
Bonus experience includes custom UI component development in Compose, software for hardware products (especially health/medical), and health-related app/peripheral integration.
