Postman, the world's leading API platform used by 45M+ developers and 500K organizations (including 98% of Fortune 500), is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Ecosystems & Integration team. You will build and manage a talented group of engineers focused on building scalable, reliable, high-performance features that power Postman's ecosystem platform.
In this role, you'll own the engineering roadmap for Ecosystem, including Developer Tooling, Strategic Integrations, and Marketplace. You'll define technical strategy around extensibility, integration frameworks, public APIs, and how customers discover, install, and purchase apps via the marketplace. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering leaders to drive the vision and execution of the product roadmap that empowers developers and partners to create rich, integrated experiences.
Key responsibilities include: hiring, managing, and mentoring several teams of engineers; driving a culture of respect, integrity, inclusion, ownership, and accountability; setting clear goals and providing regular feedback; facilitating technical design and execution of complex features ensuring scalability and performance for millions of customers; partnering with strategic companies to define high-value product offerings; collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused features; owning the engineering roadmap and breaking down complex initiatives into actionable milestones; proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks; fostering open communication and transparency; representing the engineering team to leadership; and ensuring reliability and performance through operational best practices.
