Voyantis is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Innovation Team, building Engage—a new product line that re-activates churned, dormant, and low-value users for B2B SaaS customers. Operating as a startup within the company, this small, fast-moving team transforms machine-learning predictions about user behavior into automated, continuously-learning decisions delivered into customers' databases and CRM tools.
In this high-ownership role, you'll work directly with the engineering lead, VP Product, and senior data scientists to shape architecture and ship to production. Your responsibilities span the full stack: designing and maintaining data pipelines, collaborating on ML and algorithmic approaches, building applicative backend services, and contributing to UI development. You'll have visibility into how your work drives a new revenue stream for the company.
