Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, a platform enabling organizations to harness IoT data for actionable insights across physical operations including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing.
The Web Experience (WebEx) team is responsible for reducing workflow distance for customers through excellent in-dashboard experiences. The team improves efficiency of day-to-day workflows and helps users discover features across the Samsara dashboard. WebEx owns the cross-platform full-stack infrastructure and product patterns integral to the web dashboard experience, including core experiences, systems, and product patterns that shape how users navigate, discover, and gain value from Samsara.
The team is focused on building useful AI experiences that help users get value from the product more quickly and make it easier to grow adoption. The role involves bringing AI into real product workflows, connecting that work to onboarding and engagement, and building systems to support AI usage as it expands across the product.
In this role, you will help shape the technical direction of the Web Experience platform, including full-stack systems, shared patterns, and AI-powered product experiences. You will design and build end-to-end features that bring AI into real product workflows, spanning customer-facing and internal tools. You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with product managers and customer success teams. You will participate in customer interviews and use metrics to ensure work translates into better customer outcomes. This is a remote position open to US-based candidates.
