Wrapbook is an AI-powered production finance platform trusted by Netflix, Paramount, and other major studios. The company provides integrated systems for payroll, spend management, and accounting across film, TV, and commercial production.
In this role, you'll build internal software that powers Wrapbook's marketing, sales, and client operations teams. You'll work full-stack—designing interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data pipelines. Salesforce is a core system you'll extend and integrate with, alongside custom applications you'll own end-to-end.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and ship internal applications and services with clean architecture and long-term maintainability
- Build and integrate APIs across the marketing, sales, and operations stack (telephony, marketing automation, sales engagement, support, BI)
- Own data pipelines that feed reporting and operational systems
- Extend Salesforce (Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components) to production engineering standards
- Design AI-native workflows and agents with appropriate guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls
You'll work in an AI-native environment using agentic coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to prototype and ship quickly. The team values engineers who understand the business context, can translate operator needs into technical solutions, and own ambiguity end-to-end—from observation through validation and shipping.
Required: 5+ years hands-on software engineering (full-stack, backend, or systems); fluency in modern languages (Python, JavaScript); SQL and data architecture expertise; experience with agentic coding tools; API integration design; Salesforce experience (Apex, Flows, APIs); production shipping discipline. Bonus: entertainment/project-based industry experience, telephony integration, Salesforce certifications.
