Wrapbook is an AI-powered production finance platform trusted by Netflix, Paramount, and other major studios. The company provides finance teams with integrated tools for payroll, spend tracking, and accounting across film, TV, and commercial production.
As Senior Software Engineer II on the Integrations team, you will design and build the connective tissue between Wrapbook and the accounting, ERP, data, and AI ecosystems that customers depend on. You'll own integration pipelines and data contracts end-to-end, ensuring reliable data movement between systems with clear SLAs and well-defined metrics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and build integrations, APIs, and data exchange systems connecting Wrapbook to third-party accounting, ERP, and AI-enabled systems
- Own integration pipelines and SLAs end-to-end with clear observability and metrics
- Define and manage data contracts to prevent upstream changes from breaking downstream integrations
- Contribute at the code level through reviews, ticket execution, and ownership of critical customer issues
- Partner with product, design, business development, and go-to-market teams to build secure, compliant integration experiences
- Provide technical direction through design reviews and pair programming
- Establish observability across integrations for rapid troubleshooting
- Participate in on-call rotation for production systems
- Advocate for iterative development and experimentation-driven decision-making
You bring deep expertise in building integrations, APIs, and data exchange systems. Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data architecture, and modern tooling (Dagster, Airbyte, Airflow, dbt) is expected. Proficiency in Python and Rails, combined with familiarity with data lakes and BI systems, is important. Accounting systems experience is a plus. You're self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and excel at systems thinking. You communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders and are comfortable using AI coding assistants as part of your workflow.
