As a Senior Software Engineer II, you will be a key technical contributor responsible for writing product and system development code while maintaining high engineering standards across the organization. Your responsibilities include leading design reviews with peers and stakeholders to evaluate technology options, conducting thoughtful code reviews to enforce clean code practices, and actively participating in system architecture discussions to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to meet customer needs in the simplest possible ways, contribute to documentation and educational content, and help triage and resolve product or system issues by analyzing root causes and impact on operations. A critical aspect of this role is coaching and supporting engineers on the team with a strong focus on feedback and growth, helping to elevate design, implementation, and engineering practices across the team.
You will drive projects and initiatives to implement high-quality systems and products, leading by example in technical excellence. The role requires deep expertise in software development, data structures, algorithms, and software design architecture, with proven experience in testing, maintaining, and launching software products.
The position is based in Lehi, Utah, with telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the US.
