DoubleVerify, a leader in digital performance solutions for advertising, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I to join the Rockerbox team—their marketing measurement platform used by leading brands to understand growth drivers. In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping the systems that power Rockerbox's products, working at the intersection of data infrastructure and product development.
You will partner closely with product managers to define requirements and construct scalable, reliable integrations that ingest, transform, and load marketing data. Your responsibilities include designing and developing scalable solutions that enhance application functionality, data reliability, and overall system performance. You'll architect integrations with third-party platforms, ensuring standardized and scalable data pipelines. Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure adoption of best practices and standards across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated success building, owning, and maintaining production systems that prioritize reliability, scalability, and performance. You should have strong proficiency in Python with experience interacting with third-party APIs, expertise in SQL for data querying and analysis, and hands-on experience with orchestration, containerization, and Kubernetes for scalable deployments. You're an effective communicator capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
