In this Senior Software Engineer role, you will design, build, and scale significant systems and features end-to-end. You will own ambiguous, higher-scope problems, make key technical tradeoffs, and be accountable for the correctness, performance, and reliability of your work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning significant systems and features from design through production and operation
- Breaking down hard, ambiguous problems and driving them to shipped outcomes
- Owning reliability, performance, and cost of systems you're responsible for
- Partnering across product, design, and engineering to solve cross-team problems
- Raising the quality bar and setting patterns that make the team more effective
The role emphasizes AI-native development by default. You will treat AI-assisted development as a core part of your workflow, using agents to move faster on design, investigation, and implementation while maintaining clear judgment about where to review closely.
Required qualifications:
- Strong track record of owning and shipping systems at scale
- Command of system design, data modeling, and reliability/cost tradeoffs at scale
- Ability to lead ambiguous work to clear outcomes
- Genuine, current fluency with AI-assisted development
- High bar for quality and strong sense of ownership
