Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the UI/UX framework team in Karachi. You will develop high-performance front-end web applications that support advanced data analytics and enterprise workflows, building responsive interfaces using Vue.js, HTML, and CSS. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing software components that solve complex data analytics challenges, integrating with backend APIs, and collaborating with product owners, designers, and platform teams to deliver features end-to-end from specification through production launch.
You will work on building single-page applications with a focus on code quality, security, testing, and performance. The role requires defining API contracts and building APIs when necessary to glue together various backend services. You'll be passionate about delivering robust, scalable solutions that enable complete end-to-end workflows for enterprise customers.
Required qualifications include 2+ years of experience building responsive applications and 2+ years working with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). You should have a solid understanding of single-page web applications, experience with relational and NoSQL databases, and in-depth knowledge of asynchronous JavaScript programming. Additional requirements include experience with at least one other scripting/programming language, familiarity with build systems (gulp, grunt, webpack) and continuous integration tools (Jenkins), and a BS in Computer Science or related engineering field. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.
