SeatGeek is modernizing the ticketing industry by simplifying how fans access live events and how venues reach audiences. You'll join the team building SeatGeek.com as a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer focused on AI-powered features.
In this role, you'll collaborate with product managers and designers to bring AI-enhanced features to life that delight fans. You'll mentor and grow web engineers across the organization while staying on the cutting edge of generative AI feature development and tool use. You'll contribute to evolving SeatGeek's frontend tech strategy and stack with a focus on AI integration.
You bring 5+ years of professional frontend software engineering experience, with recent leadership of end-to-end product initiatives, ideally involving user-facing AI. You have exceptional command of TypeScript/JavaScript, familiarity with modern frameworks (React, Next.js), and strong UI/product instincts—you care about how pages look and feel, understand user workflows, and can build inclusive, accessible experiences. You're comfortable diving deeper into the stack to optimize performance, troubleshoot distributed systems, and architect for both performance and maintainability. You can work full-stack in Python when needed and have some experience with design tools like Figma or Sketch, though you're willing to learn new tools fearlessly.
The tech stack includes TypeScript, Python, Next.js, React, AWS, Kubernetes, Fastly, Datadog, Mixpanel, and Eppo—but specific prior experience with these is not required; problem-solving approach matters more.
