As a Senior Software Engineer on the full-stack team, you will develop top-tier SaaS solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability in government agencies. You'll work in a fast-paced, agile environment using modern technologies including ReactJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, and NodeJS, with a focus on AI-driven software development and cutting-edge AI tools. Key responsibilities include collaborating across the organization to translate business priorities into shipped features, generating clean and well-documented software following industry best practices, and providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure resilient, scalable SaaS applications. You'll troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement of development processes and operational excellence. The role emphasizes customer empathy, staying current with emerging technologies, and working end-to-end across the stack to ship features. Required qualifications include 9+ years developing highly scalable cloud-native applications with JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS. You should have experience building AI-driven UX, agents, and workflow automation; deep experience with Azure or AWS using modern CI/CD and DevOps practices; hands-on PostgreSQL experience; and proficiency with event-driven architecture, API integration, and GraphQL. Experience with observability tools like Grafana, demonstrated customer collaboration, and comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments are essential.
