As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop top-tier SaaS solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability in government agencies. You'll work in a fast-paced, agile environment utilizing modern technologies including ReactJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, and NodeJS.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating across the organization to translate business priorities into shipped features that deliver customer success
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented software following industry best practices
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure development of resilient, scalable SaaS applications
- Working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical issues
- Mentoring and guiding junior software engineers to foster continuous learning
- Contributing to engineering culture focused on innovation and quality
- Cultivating customer empathy to ensure solutions exceed expectations
- Driving continuous improvement of development processes and operational excellence
- Staying current with emerging technologies and advocating for adoption where appropriate
Required experience:
- 9+ years developing highly scalable cloud-native applications with JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS
- Experience building with AI-driven UX, agents, and workflow automation
- Deep experience with Azure or AWS using modern CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Hands-on PostgreSQL experience
- Experience with observability tools like Grafana
- Proficiency with event-driven architecture, API integration, and GraphQL
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environments
- Demonstrated experience improving product experiences with customers
- Full-stack capability with comfort shipping features end-to-end
