Required: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field; 4–6 years of hands-on software engineering experience with solid knowledge of both backend and frontend technologies; strong algorithmic and problem-solving ability; working knowledge of system design and architectural patterns; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps workflows. Backend expertise: solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch; experience designing and building RESTful APIs and working with data at scale. Frontend expertise: strong proficiency with JavaScript, React, and modern frontend frameworks; experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query) and frontend performance; hands-on experience with ES2015+, TypeScript, Webpack, Jest, Tailwind, and TDD practices; experience building responsive, accessible, and visually polished UI.
