Precisely is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Master Data Management (MDM) product line within the Data Integrity Suite. This is a full-stack role focused on designing and delivering enterprise-grade, AI-first applications that manage and deliver trusted, high-quality data across integrations, workflows, and analytics.
You will work across frontend (React/Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and backend (Java) layers, driving architectural decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready features. Key responsibilities include developing full-stack applications, building responsive UI components, designing and implementing REST APIs, owning data models and application architecture decisions, and delivering features end-to-end including development, testing, and deployment.
As part of an AI-first engineering organization, you will use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) as a core part of designing, building, testing, and operating software. You will evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs for correctness and performance, apply AI to accelerate development workflows, testing, and documentation, and help shape how the team applies AI to improve code quality and problem-solving.
Additional responsibilities include leading debugging and root-cause analysis of complex defects, writing unit and integration tests, driving performance and scalability improvements, following clean code practices, leading code reviews, and actively participating in Agile ceremonies. You will mentor junior engineers, influence technical direction, and collaborate closely with engineers, architects, product, UX, QA, and platform teams.
