You'll join the Frontend Platform team as a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for building and scaling the design system and component library that enables rapid feature development across the organization. This is an early-stage opportunity to shape the company's technical direction and significantly impact product success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full lifecycle software development from conception through production maintenance
- Close collaboration with engineering teams and internal stakeholders to improve user and developer experience
- Design and implementation of highly scalable and reliable systems
- Proactive identification of feature opportunities and areas for improvement
- Contributing to the growth and structure of the engineering organization
You bring 5-8 years of professional engineering experience with a track record of building platform services from scratch in resource-constrained environments. You're proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar web development languages, with a strong computer science foundation and demonstrated commitment to staying current with industry advancements.
The team operates in two-week sprints with weekly ship goals and short feedback cycles, emphasizing both hard work and smart decision-making informed by customer feedback and data.
