Tens of thousands of companies including DoorDash, Coinbase, Robinhood, and Zoom rely on Brex. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Frontend team, you'll work across Brex's full stack with primary focus on frontend development. You'll create and maintain new products and features, building tools that help scale the platform and deliver exceptional financial software experiences. The role emphasizes metric-driven thinking, creative problem-solving, and leading multi-functional projects with significant moving pieces. Key responsibilities include collaborating with engineers company-wide to build new features, working directly with customer-facing teams (Sales, Support) to understand customer needs, designing and running experiments to improve customer experience, and owning problems end-to-end from UX through data models, scalability, operability, and metrics. You'll tune and polish features to a high standard of excellence.
