Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 / annual
LogicGate is the leading AI GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platform for enterprises. As a Senior Front-End Software Engineer, you will own the architectural foundation and UI experience of the Risk Cloud platform, which enterprise risk and compliance teams rely on daily to transform complex data into actionable, real-time insights.
You will design and ship modular, reusable UI components using TypeScript and Angular, ensuring platform maintainability at enterprise scale. You'll champion automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers (Cypress, Jest) to maintain high test coverage and rapid CI/CD deployment. A key focus is integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities into core user workflows, leveraging modern AI tools and automated developer workflows to accelerate feature delivery.
You'll monitor and optimize web performance metrics and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 compliance) using Datadog dashboards. Technical mentorship is central to the role—you'll conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate squad coding standards and foster technical growth among earlier-career engineers.
Working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, QA, and Backend teams in an Agile environment, you'll refine technical specifications and build intuitive customer features. You'll produce clear architectural documentation and technical specifications to ensure long-term codebase health.
Required: 5+ years of professional front-end engineering experience in enterprise environments. Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and Angular (or React/Vue with fast ramp capability). Proven experience building comprehensive test suites. Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience with AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT). Solid understanding of web performance optimization, responsive design, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. Ability to work effectively in remote or hybrid environments with occasional travel for team onsites.
Nice to have: Direct experience building enterprise B2B SaaS platforms, ideally in GRC, security, or data-intensive analytics. Familiarity with GitLab CI pipelines, Webpack bundling optimization, and Datadog Real User Monitoring.
