As Senior Software Engineer, Front End, you'll architect and build the scalable frontend systems that clinicians, office teams, and patients depend on daily. The role requires deep expertise in React and TypeScript, with meaningful React Native experience. You'll design responsive web applications and mobile experiences that make complex scheduling and logistics workflows intuitive and performant.
Key responsibilities include architecting scalable frontend systems integrated with GraphQL APIs and real-time data streams, implementing responsive applications across clinician, office, and patient-facing surfaces, building performant React components that handle complex workflows, developing and maintaining the React Native mobile app for field clinicians, leading code reviews and establishing best practices, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, and collaborating with product, design, and backend teams.
You bring 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong frontend focus, expert-level React and TypeScript proficiency, proven React Native deployment experience, hands-on GraphQL client library experience (Apollo Client preferred), strong web performance optimization skills, and a track record of operating autonomously in fast-paced startup environments. Healthcare application experience, familiarity with logistics/scheduling systems, real-time feature implementation, design systems, accessibility standards, and knowledge of the Axle tech stack (React Native, Apollo, PostgreSQL, AWS, Datadog, Sentry) are valued.
