As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Flutter, you will take ownership of designing, creating, and maintaining Tide's rich mobile product catalogue. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you'll make technical decisions that affect multiple teams and shape the future of Tide's global platform.
You'll work within small, autonomous teams organized by domain, each owning micro-frontends that comprise the Tide application. The engineering culture emphasizes self-organization, collaborative problem-solving through Communities of Practice, and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences while maintaining resilient, error-free, and scalable code.
Key responsibilities include:
- Learning and sharing knowledge with engineers on emerging technologies, with emphasis on experimentation and T-shaped engineering
- Building new and existing products for various business areas using an exciting product roadmap
- Mentoring and collaborating with less experienced engineers, contributing to their growth
- Working in multi-disciplinary agile teams alongside product owners, designers, architects, and business stakeholders
- Contributing to the Flutter Community of Practice, helping improve processes and maintain quality standards across teams
- Solving complex technical problems that directly impact the platform's evolution
