As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Flutter, you will take ownership of designing, creating, and maintaining Tide's rich mobile product catalogue. You will work within small autonomous teams organized by domain, each owning micro-frontends that contribute to Tide's user experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Learning and sharing knowledge with engineers on emerging technologies, fostering experimentation and T-shaped engineering practices
- Developing new and existing products for Tide's business areas, solving interesting technical problems from an exciting roadmap
- Mentoring and collaborating with less experienced engineers, contributing to their growth and team cohesion
- Working within multi-disciplinary agile teams alongside product owners, designers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions
- Contributing to the Flutter Community of Practice, improving processes and maintaining high quality standards across the mobile engineering organization
