You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and customer-facing teams to understand problems, challenge assumptions, and ship improvements quickly. Your responsibilities include helping decide what to build and why, experimenting and learning rapidly through prototypes and customer feedback, staying close to customers through interviews and onboarding shadowing, evolving the product architecture, maintaining reliability and performance, and mentoring teammates as the business unit grows.
The company operates as a remote-first, distributed team across 30+ US states with a 12,000 sq ft office in Washington, DC available for optional use.
