Skydropx is innovating logistics through a visionary, growth-oriented, multicultural team. We are seeking a Senior Tech Lead to drive technical excellence and lead our development team. You will serve as the primary technical reference for the engineering team, guiding decision-making and solving complex technical problems. Your responsibilities include transforming product and business needs into scalable, sustainable technical solutions; participating in architecture definition and solution design; and collaborating across Engineering, Product, QA, Data, DevOps/SRE, and other teams. You will champion responsible use of AI tools in development, ensure application of best practices in development, architecture, security, observabilidad, testing, and documentation. You will conduct code reviews, manage technical debt, support incident response and root-cause analysis, and mentor team members. You will track technical and flow indicators to identify improvement opportunities, maintain hands-on participation in engineering (code analysis, troubleshooting, POCs, critical component development), and balance technical quality, delivery velocity, and business needs in dynamic, constantly evolving environments. Key responsibilities: lead technical initiatives from refinement to production; identify and mitigate technical risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; support estimation and decomposition of work; promote automation, CI/CD, and process improvement; conduct and document technical decisions; reduce knowledge silos; and foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing. REQUIREMENTS: - Solid experience as a Software Developer, preferably with prior Senior Developer experience - Technical leadership experience managing development teams - Strong C# and .NET experience (modern .NET/Core, ASP.NET Core) - Frontend development with TypeScript, Vue.js, Angular, or similar - Strong OOP, SOLID, Clean Code, and software engineering principles - REST API and distributed services development and integration - Software architecture knowledge: distributed applications, microservices, service-oriented architectures - SQL Server, data modeling, SQL queries, performance analysis - Git and versioning/branching strategies - Automated testing (unit, integration) - CI/CD and automated build/test/deploy processes - Applied security: authentication, authorization, API protection - Observability: logs, metrics, tracing, production troubleshooting - Performance, scalability, availability, and reliability analysis - Code and architecture review and improvement - Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) - Planning, refinement, estimation, delivery tracking - Engineering metrics interpretation (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Velocity, Bugs, Rework) - Strong communication with technical teams, Product, Management, and business areas - Technical discussion facilitation and decision-building amid divergent opinions - Organization, autonomy, responsibility, prioritization - Balancing technical quality, delivery speed, and business needs - Empathy, collaboration, resilience DESIRABLE: - GCP and/or AWS experience - Kubernetes and containers - Docker - Messaging and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ) - Redis and distributed caching - API Gateway and API management - High-availability, high-volume, mission-critical systems - DDD, Clean Architecture, CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture - Deployment strategies (Canary, Blue/Green, Feature Flags) - Observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch) - SRE practices and SLI/SLO/SLA - DORA Metrics and engineering metrics - E-commerce, logistics, payments, marketplaces, SaaS, integration platforms - Multidisciplinary teams and distributed systems - FinOps and cloud cost optimization - Legacy system modernization and evolution
