Teads is a leading omnichannel advertising platform serving 10,000+ publishers and 20,000+ advertisers globally. The Data Solutions pod is a senior-heavy center of expertise within the Innovation team, responsible for building infrastructure that unifies fragmented signals from the open internet into actionable data about customer journeys for SSPs and internal buying engines.
You will work on three strategic pillars: Identity (linking user journeys across mobile, desktop, and CTV), Measurement (proving outcomes like attention and sales uplift), and Targeting (segmentation and planning for cross-screen audience activation).
Key responsibilities include managing the identity graph at scale across deterministic, interpreted, and probabilistic signals; evolving service-identity systems (Scala, Cassandra); maintaining privacy libraries to adapt signal ingestion to regional regulations (GDPR, US, Asia) and browser restrictions; and leveraging BigQuery, DBT, Python, and Airflow for signal analysis and exploratory tooling.
You'll work in a high-traffic environment processing 2.2 billion users monthly, 100 billion events daily, 2 million requests per second with sub-150ms latency requirements, and 18 million predictions per second. The tech stack includes Scala, TypeScript, and cloud infrastructure. The team operates internationally with offices in Israel, Slovenia, and France, collaborating closely with product teams in a fast-changing environment where you'll continuously adapt infrastructure for new features.
