Voyantis is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Data Infrastructure team, responsible for building and maintaining the company's data platform. The role spans the full stack: designing and implementing microservices and data pipelines that ingest customer data, building infrastructure and tooling that enable internal data teams to independently analyze, transform, process, and collect data, and optimizing for both performance and developer experience.
The ideal candidate is a builder who takes full ownership from conception through production, maintains high standards for code quality and system performance, and uses AI tools to accelerate delivery. You'll work on reducing friction for downstream teams—every feature shipped should meaningfully improve the platform's usability and capability.
Voyantis helps enterprise customers (including Miro, Rappi, and MoneyLion) optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value using AI-driven insights. The platform integrates with major marketing and CRM tools (Google, Meta, Salesforce, Braze) and delivers measurable ROI improvements (20–40% uplift reported by customers).
The company was founded in 2020 and has grown rapidly, tripling in size annually over the past two years. It is backed by top-tier VCs including Target Global and SquarePeg, and operates offices in California, New York, and Tel Aviv with a team of approximately 100.
