As a Senior Software Engineer on the Infrastructure team, you will design and build scalable data infrastructure, pipelines, and services that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll work cross-functionally to create data products that improve Verkada's platform and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and implement reliable, scalable, and efficient data infrastructure for insights and analytics
- Build data products enabling teams to gain insights and improve product quality
- Design solutions ensuring data quality, security, and compliance
- Lead projects from design through implementation
- Mentor and grow junior engineers
You bring 5+ years of data engineering experience, deep expertise in distributed systems and data processing, and a passion for product quality. Kubernetes and data visualization experience are preferred. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments and are committed to shipping high-quality releases.
