Salary: EUR 51,000 - 66,500 / annual

As Senior Software Engineer in the Consumer Wealth team, you will be a technical expert for the Consumer domain, driving initiatives that empower millions to grow and manage their savings and investments. Your responsibilities include: - Design and build scalable, high-quality systems solving complex financial engineering problems within savings and wealth management back-end infrastructure - Participate in architecting subsystems powering savings and investment features, ensuring cross-product consistency - Build relationships across teams to drive technical alignment and ensure smooth delivery of impactful features - Guide and mentor fellow engineers, championing a culture of high-quality engineering and continuous improvement - Own work end-to-end using the tech stack: PostgreSQL, Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and microservices architecture The company values ownership of outcomes over tasks, staying close to user needs, and taking initiative to fix problems rather than waiting for others. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 5 years of back-end software engineering experience in product-based companies - Proven track record building and maintaining microservices and cloud environments - Deep experience with Java or other OOP languages - Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) - Experience with financial systems or transactional consistency (highly valued) - Structured and convincing communication skills; ability to build trust with stakeholders - Proven ability to mentor, review code critically, and elevate technical standards - Passion for empowering users through technology in fast-paced FinTech environments - Fluent in English The company welcomes applications from candidates who don't tick every box and values diverse perspectives.
