Venti Technologies is building safe-speed autonomous logistics systems for goods transportation, with deployed autonomous vehicles across Asia. The company combines rigorous mathematics, deep learning, and theoretically-grounded algorithms to develop proprietary autonomy technologies and logistics optimization software. As a Senior Software Engineer in C++, you will play a key role in advancing the autonomous vehicle platform. Your responsibilities include enhancing and optimizing existing software architecture, designing robust architecture for new components, and implementing advanced features for autonomous vehicles. You will write clean, efficient, and reliable production-quality code while upholding high standards through continuous integration, automated testing, and comprehensive code reviews. Beyond individual contribution, you will advocate for and drive best practices in software engineering and development processes across the team. You will produce thorough technical design documentation and mentor other software engineers, helping to elevate the engineering culture. This is a hands-on role that requires both deep technical expertise and collaborative leadership. Required qualifications include 3+ years of production-quality C++ development, strong Linux environment experience, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field. You should have strong organizational and communication skills with an adaptive, solution-oriented mindset. Bonus experience includes ROS or similar middleware, background in real-world safety-critical applications, and experience deploying software tools and metrics. Based in Singapore (Venti's Asian headquarters), you will work alongside an international team with offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts and Suzhou, China.
