In this role, you'll architect and ship modern, containerized service-oriented applications that solve complex business problems. You'll work on real-time data integrations, AI-powered agentic workflows, and automation systems that drive efficiency across the company. The team leverages cutting-edge AI tools—including LLMs, agents, and model context protocols—to accelerate development while maintaining high technical and product standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and scaling foundations for effective AI and agentic workflow adoption across the organization

- Translating advanced R&D patterns into scalable applications for non-technical users
- Shipping production code frequently in a fast-paced environment
- Evaluating emerging technologies to maintain SeatGeek's competitive edge
- Mentoring teammates and collaborating across disciplines
You'll work with a modern stack including Python (FastAPI), Go, C#/.NET, React/TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Airflow, and leading AI platforms (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini). Experience with any specific tool is not required—what matters is your ability to solve complex technical challenges, your commitment to software craftsmanship, and your product mindset. You should have a track record building business-critical software in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with diverse teams.
