SeatGeek is disrupting the $300 billion ticketing industry with technology that simplifies and modernizes how fans, venues, and performers connect around live events. The Business Technology team builds internal tools and automation that empower the broader SeatGeek organization to work more effectively.
In this role, you'll architect and ship business-critical software that scales across the company. You'll work with modern containerized service-oriented architecture, deploying code to production multiple times daily. A key focus is translating advanced AI and agentic patterns from R&D into scalable, production applications that non-technical teams can adopt and benefit from. You'll design foundations for effective AI and agentic workflows, build powerful integrations between systems, and guide users toward greater self-service capabilities through robust system architecture.
You'll solve complex technical challenges including real-time data integrations, scaled agentic workflows, and AI-enabled automation. The tech stack includes Python (FastAPI), Go, C#/.NET, React/TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Flink, and modern AI tooling (LLMs, agents, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini). You'll evaluate emerging technologies, mentor teammates, and work across disciplines to deliver the best product in the industry.
