Unframe is an AI-first startup enabling enterprises to deploy LLM-powered applications rapidly—moving from concept to production in days rather than months. The company has secured over $100M in TCV within 12 months and recently closed a $50M Series B led by Highland Europe, backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners. Unframe combines product-company speed with consultancy flexibility to serve Fortune 500 customers globally.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own end-to-end product features for Unframe's AI Agent platform for IT Service Management. You'll build and scale full-stack capabilities spanning frontend, backend, and AI agent layers. Your responsibilities include developing AI agents using Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI APIs; designing reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient agent workflows leveraging context management, prompt caching, and tool use; defining engineering standards; and contributing to architecture decisions. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
You bring 7+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in React/Vue, TypeScript, and Python. You have demonstrated experience working with LLM APIs and building AI agent systems. You're comfortable with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes), databases (PostgreSQL), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and data orchestration tools (Airflow/MWAA, EMR). You possess a product mindset, thrive in ambiguous environments, and communicate effectively across teams.
Nice-to-have qualifications include engineering management experience alongside strong IC contributions, harness engineering expertise, experience building security-sensitive infrastructure (sandboxing, workload isolation, credential management, access control), and prior deployment of LLM/AI systems in enterprise or regulated environments.
Unframe offers real ownership from day one, rapid learning alongside founders and VPs in a fast-moving space, and the opportunity to shape the next generation of AI-powered enterprise tools.
