Tive is building a fully-transparent supply chain visibility platform that helps customers monitor, analyze, and predict shipment outcomes across road, rail, ocean, and air logistics. The company reduces delays, theft, damage, and spoilage through real-time tracking and data-driven insights.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will mentor a team of full-stack engineers while contributing directly to the development of a large-scale data processing and analytics system. You'll work on building the backend infrastructure and frontend interfaces that power shipment monitoring and predictive analytics for enterprise supply chain customers.
You bring 5+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in big data streaming platforms (AWS Kinesis, Apache Kafka), multi-tier web application architecture, and AWS cloud environments. You're proficient in server-side languages like C# and front-end frameworks such as Angular. You have solid experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and understand how to design systems that handle high-volume data ingestion and processing.
Beyond technical skills, you're a mentor who can guide junior engineers, raise code quality standards, and help the team iterate toward better solutions.
