As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and build scalable, production-grade systems powering Sensi's AI-native platform. This role is fundamentally about leveraging AI copilots (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) as core development tools—not as optional add-ons—to accelerate design, prototyping, and shipping while you focus on architecture, system design, and complex problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include:
• AI-Native Development: Design and build scalable systems with AI copilots as integral to your workflow, enabling rapid iteration and high-quality output.
• AI-Powered Features: Develop and integrate AI-driven capabilities and data pipelines into production healthcare systems.
• End-to-End Ownership: Own features from initial architecture and development through deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Build and operate scalable, cloud-native systems on AWS, ensuring reliability and performance at scale.
• Collaboration & Engineering Excellence: Work closely with Product, Data, and AI teams; contribute to architecture decisions; help raise the technical bar across the engineering organization.
You'll work across multiple services and platform infrastructure, bringing intelligent healthcare products from concept to production.
