Scope is an AI-native data collection platform automating documentation for field workers across infrastructure inspection, manufacturing, and chemical plants. The company has grown revenue 5x year-over-year, reached $10M ARR in 2026, and works with 6 of the top 10 companies in the space, including customers serving AstraZeneca and SpaceX. Founded in 2024 from Entrepreneurs First, Scope raised a $20M Series A led by Index Ventures.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be forward-deployed and client-focused, working closely with key accounts throughout their entire journey from technical scoping through implementation and go-live. You'll be embedded with clients, spending time in factories and chemical plants to understand inspector workflows firsthand, then tailoring solutions to their needs. You own the relationship and technical delivery end-to-end—not just a ticket or a slice of work.
Key responsibilities include managing key accounts through the full pipeline, running project plans with clear timelines and stakeholder coordination, configuring and building technical components (workflows, integrations, data structures), and building trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll be the person clients trust to make Scope work for them, solving real problems on the spot.
You have 5+ years of experience, are deeply technical with strong communication skills, and genuinely enjoy managing large accounts and owning outcomes end-to-end. You're a highly agentic manager of one who cares more about shipping results than collecting badges. You have strong project management instincts and enough technical scar tissue to know which decisions matter. US citizenship is a plus to support the company's growth plans.
Scope operates in-person five days a week from their Farringdon office in London, plus time onsite with clients. The team includes acquired founders, future founders, and people from Imperial, Carnegie Mellon, Oxford, Goldman Sachs, Flexport, and Amazon.
