Ripple is building financial infrastructure for a world where value moves like information. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own full-stack feature delivery for a fast-growing SaaS platform that provides financial clarity to SMEs and Fortune 500 enterprises.
You will design and deliver cutting-edge features across front-end, server-side, and database tiers using Azure cloud services. Working within a you-build-it-you-run-it (YBIYRI) team model, you'll take ownership of delivery pipelines, feature flags, and production systems. Your responsibilities include partnering with architects and product managers on technical design, leveraging Azure services to build scalable and resilient cloud-native solutions, and driving rigorous testing (unit, integration, performance, security) to ensure production-ready software.
You'll use observability tools and logging to diagnose and resolve issues across environments, stay current with tech trends, mentor fellow engineers, and lead technical design and code reviews. The role emphasizes continuous improvement of team operations, processes, and technology choices while maintaining high quality and architectural standards. Active participation in on-call pager rotation is expected.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of application development experience. Deep expertise in ASP.NET/Core and C#, advanced SQL Server knowledge, hands-on Azure and Azure DevOps experience, and proven ability to design and implement CI/CD pipelines. Strong web application development skills with modern JavaScript frameworks, TDD/BDD practices, and production application support experience. You should be skilled at influencing and mentoring developers in agile environments, reviewing and estimating user stories, and troubleshooting complex systems. Windows OS knowledge required; financial industry experience is a plus.
