The Senior Software Engineer will join a lean, collaborative Product Team in a growth-focused startup environment. This role is full-stack, requiring expertise across the modern tech stack: React, Redux, Material UI on the frontend; .NET Core and SQL Server on the backend; and Azure for infrastructure. The team values automated build/deploy processes and strong testing methodologies.
Key responsibilities include integrating third-party APIs, developing web services, coding in both UI and backend (including SQL), and making architecture decisions. You will own the quality of your work from idea to production, developing performant software that supports engaging user experiences. As a Senior engineer, you will tackle the most complex projects, work across the full stack, help architect solutions, and mentor junior team members to grow their skills. You'll have a voice in the technical direction of the team.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of software development experience, mastery of writing and consuming REST APIs, strong foundation in Object-Oriented patterns, good understanding of data structures, skilled in developing web services using C# or Java, and experience developing web applications with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). Strong communication skills and work ethic are essential.
