Project44 is building p44LSP.ai, a dedicated AI-native division serving the logistics service provider (LSP) market—freight forwarders, brokers, and 3PLs. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and operate backend systems powering decision intelligence capabilities for logistics service providers. You'll work in a fast-paced Agile environment close to product and customers, shipping features that directly impact the business. This is not a large-org role—you'll have meaningful ownership and visibility into how your work drives customer outcomes.
The p44LSP.ai team operates with startup velocity backed by enterprise infrastructure: access to 259K carriers, billions of shipment outcomes, production AI agents, and project44's data graph and carrier network. The organization emphasizes AI fluency across all roles, forward-deployed engineering, and rapid iteration cycles (weeks, not quarters).
You'll leverage AI coding tools throughout your workflow, collaborate with a flat org structure, and engage directly with customers who pilot features and provide immediate feedback.
