You will join the Onboarding and Lifecycle Management (LCM) Platform team, focusing on enhancing and managing services for importing, syncing, and provisioning identities and access policies (users, groups, roles, entitlements). This role involves building, designing solutions, and maintaining platform infrastructure for scale. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborate with senior engineering teams on major development projects, design, and implementation - Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and tuning - Partner with QA to develop comprehensive test coverage for broad features - Support and resolve incoming bugs and customer-reported issues - Interface with cross-functional teams (Architects, QA, Product, Technical Support, Documentation, UX) to develop connectors for on-premises and cloud applications - Analyze and refine requirements with Product Management - Partner with Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams on scoping and deployment - Design and implement core, high-performance, scalable software components - Conduct rapid prototyping to validate scale and performance - Troubleshoot customer issues and debug using tools like Splunk and Syslogs The ideal candidate is naturally curious, with experience building software systems to manage and deploy reliable, performant infrastructure and product code at scale on cloud infrastructure. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of software development experience building highly-reliable, mission-critical software - Experience with object-oriented languages (e.g., Java) - Experience with data stores (e.g., relational databases) - Experience with one or more Directory services: Active Directory, LDAP - Experience with RESTful APIs - Ability to debug complex systems - Experience working with systems at scale - B.S. in Computer Science or related field NICE TO HAVES: - Experience with server-side technologies including caching, asynchronous processing, and multi-threading - Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience - Knowledge of Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies: OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM - Microsoft Azure management APIs, ADFS, Office 365, or Microsoft Directory Synchronization Tool experience - Active Directory expertise
