Salary: USD 170,000 - 220,000 / annual

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a core technical contributor working closely with senior engineers, product managers, and designers on high-impact projects that directly improve healthcare operations. You'll ship production code from day one, taking on increasingly complex responsibilities while maintaining a focus on both technical excellence and product impact. Key responsibilities include: - Owning and scoping large projects, addressing technical ambiguity and ensuring architectural quality - Contributing to the engineering roadmap by balancing technical and product tradeoffs - Mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, modeling best practices in software development - Writing production code across the full stack (Python/Django backend, React/TypeScript frontend) - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features that meaningfully impact the healthcare system You'll work within a modern tech stack including Python, Django, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. The role reports to an Engineering Manager and offers significant growth opportunities within a fast-scaling, well-funded organization. Required qualifications: - 4+ years of professional software engineering experience - Demonstrated expertise across multiple functional areas (frontend, backend, platform, services, data, or cloud infrastructure) - Strong technical foundation with ability to make sound architectural decisions - Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally - Track record of shipping products and getting things done - Deep care for both technical excellence and product success
