Hydrolix is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join an AI-native team working on the backend of their product console. The Console is the user-facing interface for a powerful and complex data platform serving both internal and external customers.
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain data lifecycle management features for a modern cloud-native platform. You'll produce clean, well-documented code and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features. You'll contribute to technical architecture discussions, optimize application performance for scalability, implement security best practices, and manage deployments in cloud environments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code)
- Proficiency with Python and Django development
- Experience with identity and access management (preferably Keycloak)
- Solid understanding of database design and ORM concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of message queuing systems
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
- Open-source project contributions
