As a Senior Software Engineer, you will architect and develop agentic systems that power the core credit risk function—underwriting, risk monitoring, collections, and payments. Rather than building isolated features, you'll design complete end-to-end processes that AI agents can execute autonomously. Your work will span the full stack with particular emphasis on backend infrastructure: scalable APIs, thoughtful data architecture, and services purpose-built for real financial workflows.
You'll take ownership of technical direction and help shape how the team builds. This includes bringing modern AI-assisted development practices into daily work, evolving engineering standards as tools and capabilities mature, and contributing to product and architectural decisions alongside execution. You'll work on systems that directly impact how technology financing operates at scale.
