Click Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build innovative mobile applications within a Digital Therapeutics (DTx) environment. You will own end-to-end architecture and technical direction for React Native and Node.js-based systems, from planning through production. The role emphasizes designing and expanding multi-agent AI engineering workflows to accelerate the software development lifecycle, with responsibility for setting organizational standards around AI-augmented development practices.
Key responsibilities include shipping high-quality mobile applications while maintaining tight feedback loops and development velocity; architecting scalable solutions across frontend and backend services hosted on AWS; designing, implementing, and expanding multi-agent AI workflows; mentoring and collaborating with engineers to elevate technical proficiency and foster a culture of shared growth; and partnering with Product and Engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps and translate product requirements into clear acceptance criteria.
You bring extensive experience architecting robust full-stack solutions with deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks and scalable backend services. You are a pioneer in AI-augmented engineering with the architectural intuition to determine when to rely on autonomous agents versus human expertise. You have a strong background in collaboration and mentorship, actively helping to elevate the team around you. The position is based in Click's Tribeca headquarters (NYC) or their Boston workspace, with a hybrid model requiring at least 4 days in office per week.
