As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll join a team with broad ownership across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. This is a hands-on, full-stack role for engineers who enjoy end-to-end ownership, taking responsibility for production systems, and solving diverse technical challenges.
You'll work primarily in Python, with TypeScript and React for frontend work, collaborating closely with product and compiler teams to build reliable, scalable software. Key responsibilities include building and operating production systems across backend services, APIs, frontend components, and infrastructure; writing and maintaining high-quality code; contributing to system and API design; improving reliability, performance, and scalability through testing, observability, and automation; enhancing developer experience with better tooling and CI/CD workflows; and leveraging AI/LLM tooling to improve developer productivity.
You bring strong experience building and operating production full-stack systems, proficiency with Python and React, solid system design skills, and ownership of complex features. You care deeply about code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability, and are comfortable in modern engineering environments with Git, CI/CD, and agile teams. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is required.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with cloud and infrastructure tools (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code), background in DevOps or platform engineering, deeper React expertise, familiarity with quantum software frameworks (Classiq, Qiskit, PennyLane), and open-source contributions.
