As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer on the Trust team, you will take significant end-to-end ownership of product development from conception through customer impact. You'll work closely with customers, engineers, and leadership to design and launch new products. Your responsibilities include building and improving APIs, integrating third-party services, and developing scalable, event-based architectures capable of handling very high traffic. You'll partner directly with customer success teams and stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into features. The role emphasizes a customer-centric, product-first approach with hands-on involvement in running and measuring product experiments.
You'll maintain code quality through solid testing practices, thoughtful code reviews, and adherence to best practices. The position offers autonomy to validate customer needs, build team buy-in, and ship rapid MVPs in an environment that balances speed with quality. You'll operate with startup agility while leveraging the resources and brand recognition of an established technology company.
Required qualifications include a BS/MS in computer science or engineering, 5+ years of full stack software development experience, and advanced knowledge of Ruby on Rails, JavaScript/React, or similar technologies. Ideal candidates have founded or held early roles at successful fast-paced startups, bringing an experimentation mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and an A-player bias for action. Nice-to-have skills include experience building scalable architecture for 10M+ users, background in trust & safety or identity verification products, data analysis expertise, and familiarity with scraping technology.
