BloomReach is building an agentic AI platform for personalization, helping businesses deliver autonomous search, conversational shopping, and autonomous marketing experiences. The company powers personalization for over 1,400 global brands including American Eagle, Sonepar, and Pandora.
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Professional Services team, you will work as a lead Bloomreach developer on client projects that impact millions of users monthly. You'll be at the frontline helping major global businesses create next-generation digital experiences using BloomReach's Digital Experience Platform (brXM) and its AI-powered APIs and SDKs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead technical implementation on client projects, serving as the primary Bloomreach developer
- Integrate BloomReach products using Java and modern frontend frameworks (Vue, Angular, React)
- Validate functional discovery, scope, and solution design decisions for product integrations
- Assess technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Make architectural decisions and advise customers and partners alongside Solution Architects
- Develop and improve usability of platform add-ons and plugins through code enhancements and technical documentation
- Coach and train peers, sharing knowledge across the team
- Occasionally travel for international implementations
You combine deep technical hands-on knowledge with creativity and the ability to explain complex concepts in plain language. Experience with Spring and Maven is a plus. Your onboarding includes product and company training, shadowing colleagues on large regional implementations, and exposure to international client work. This is a full-time role based in the London office with flexibility to work from home.
